This Gin Martini harkens back to the days with martinis were made with Gin…. and frequently mixed with a bitters of choice. Here is the classic combination of gin and orange.
Gin Martini with Orange Bitters
2 ounces gin
½ ounce dry vermouth (or to taste)
1 dash orange bitters
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, strain and serve into a chilled glass. Enjoy!
