Gin and Juice

What to mix with gin? That is one of the most common questions I hear from folks looking for a gin cocktail recipe. Pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and pomegranate juice are some of my favorite juices to mix with gin. The other benefit of gin and juice, is that it is easy to mix up.

The rule of thumb for this type of gin drink is 1 1/2 ounces gin for every 5 ounces of juice, served over ice. If you want to spruce your cocktail up a bit, go ahead and garnish with some mint or a slice of citrus.

Gin and Grapefruit Juice

Gin and grapefruit juice is an all time favorite. It is easy (which is great because I am rather lazy, especially when it is hot outside) and it is great for all who LOVE all things slightly bitter and beautiful.
